Jeff joined our team in early November last year as Sales Director. In his new role, Jeff will be driving Business Development and expansion of Motifworks’s market.
Jeff is an ex-Microsoft professional and is well experienced in Microsoft Partner ecosystem. Jeff has an extensive background in working with enterprise companies like Dell and Microsoft field sellers for business development. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Business from Fisk University, Nashville, TN.
At Motifworks, in addition to driving new engagements with CXOs and other key stakeholders, Jeff will connect with Microsoft team and establish our presence in South, South Central and West coast area.
Jeff will be a key member of Motifworks team and help us partner with the customers of all sizes and verticals to strategically identify, plan, secure and deploy cloud solutions.
At Motifworks, we believe that an individual is much more than a bundle of few professional skills and so, we are as interested in the human side of an individual as in the professional. Jeff is based out of Dallas, TX and has been happily married for the past 12 years. He is also a father to 3 wonderful kids.

Apart from work, what are the things/activities that interest you?
I spend time gardening and coaching youth sports.
Define a typical work-day at Motifworks?
No two days are the same however, the goal is the same – Find a way to help wherever I can.
What are your Future Goals/Ambitions?
I plan to become a certified life coach.
What trend in your industry are you most excited about?
Security and management of AI/Machine Learning.
What, according to you, is the biggest challenge in today’s technology space?
The biggest challenge is the speed of change for our customers, it’s only going to get faster.
